ebay ignored wrong-modified USPS shipping label

scammer modify USPS label after download.
it was 3rd time and last one I was lucky I could get the copy of USPS label at USPS office on delivery date.
Wrong name and wrong address.

eBay just told it is delivered as tracking says it is delivered.

I called ebay then ebay repeated Can not change the result.

Just in case it sisa scam sale with edited USPS label, ebay is a part of scam.

In this instance, contact ebay via social media (I don't have the links here, you may want to check for some other posts that have them).  Provide them with a picture or scan of the label that USPS gave you and show them that the tracking number your seller provided is not attached to your purchase.  The reps on ebay's social media are better at fixing these problems than the AI or wage drones in chat.
