I need help to know how to handle this situation.
I made a return but the seller has requested the package be held at the post office.
eBay said that I will receive my refund once the item has been delivered back to the seller. But a delivery attempt was made.
I checked my PayPal. No refund.
I checked my bank account. No refund.
So I contacted eBay via email to ask for my refund, citing our previous communication.
Customer service issued me a refund for somebody's leather skirt - I have never bought a leather skirt (?!) 🤣🙏
I asked them to please fix this.
Has anyone had this happen before? Is there more I should be doing?
