Gane una subasta y el vendedor envió el artículo, pero el trasportista lo dejo frente a l puerta, y el paquete no aprese, eBay tiene una opción para pedir ayuda, pero cuando solicito la ayuda el boton para enviar el mensaje no funciona sin embargo el de cancelar si.

Ebay won't be able to help you. If tracking shows delivered you'll lose an eBay case. You need to contact the carrier and ask them to check their GPS data and tell you where the package was delivered. If it shows it was delivered at your house you have a porch pirate. EBay doesn't cover that.

If it shows it was delivered elsewhere find out from the carrier if the package was addressed to you. If it was and was misdelivered you need to address that with the carrier. If it wasn't, come back here and we can tell you your next steps.

Gracias por la información, lo tendré en cuneta, sin embargo, en este caso consideraría que el responsable es el trasportista pues si bien aparece entregado no hay ninguna constancia de que haya sido así, de hecho, UPS toma la fotografía como evidencia, llevo muchos años comprando en eBay y nunca se ha perdido nada.

If the tracking shows as delivered you need to pursue it with the carrier. Neither eBay nor the seller has any control over or responsibility for delivery issues.

Hola, debe de cotejar con el transportista. Puede que lo entrego en la dirrecion incorrecta, tambien puede que la persona habra marcado q fue entregado, y todavia no lo ha hecho. Hay muchas cosas. Tambien deberia cotejar con el transportista la dirrecion a que fue entregada. Hay muchos reportes de personas qe envian un paquete pequeno a una dirrecion del mismo zip code del comprador.

Por ahora, el vendedor ni eBay le podrian ayudar si el paquete aparece q fue entregado. Si se lo robaron, no es culpa de ellos.
