I purchased a Canon printer and i spent so many hours trying to get it to print to no avail. I finally asked the seller to help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong. How do I get it to print. All I could get it to do is to print test sheets but no documents but that's because I couldn't find where to connect it to wifi or bluetooth or anything. So many hours in one day and I had to give up. I waited two days for an answer from the seller and I still haven't heard so I started a refund. Now it says I have to BUY the shipping label? I actually have to pay to return this? Really>

I have a printer that wouldn't print. Took it in to Staples and they told me it had died. I thought for a moment and then decided to buy new black ink for it. Its been workings for years still. So sometimes, if the black or the color ink is dry it won't work. The color ink was fine on mine...it was the black ink that was dry.

What reason did you select for the return? If you selected that it was defective (and it's less than 30 days since it arrived) eBay should provide a shipping label.

After this experience, I wholeheartedly agree!

If you opened an item not as described case, you should be provided a prepaid return label.
