cannot change shipping address for transactions

I have moved back to US from France.  I have changed my shipping address in eBay, but when I go to purchase an item the site still automatically populates the field with my old French address.  Is there something else that I need to do?

Go to your my ebay summary page, click on the Account button. Look under Personal Info for Addresses click on that, then click on Shipping Addresses and look to see if your current address is set as your Primary address. If it is not then  make it your Primary one.
