first you have to ask if it is fraud or not from that seller. if seller told you that item is original authentic item you can buy it very confidently. if you have to face any problem you can get full refund. so don't worry for your transaction. eBay offer money back guarantee for all customers.

Yes it's a scam. eBay never assists in sales or payments of items on other sites. With eBay motor sales, the BUYER is supposed to inspect the item BEFORE paying as those sales don't come under the standard money back policy.

There are no eBay pay agents or 5 day free   inspection periods.
