Hello all together,
I had now since I collect antique Zuni Fetishes and Pottery from other Pueblo Tribes 2 cases where a Problem occured. I bought over 300 Fetishes on ebay, and over 70 pottery items. And sadly I have to mention it feels like when a case was opened, the case is shiffted and shiffted for weeks and in the end, for me as a German Ebay Member that buys in the USA - to the international ebay. I mean, is buyer protection just an empty phrase? The Seller opens a case of a Broken item and wants me to verify something that is not true, the item was just not delivered by the PostGirl and because of Adresse unknown, who the hell wrote that adresse? So the seller lies, and ebay protects him cause I don't earn ebays money. Should we not call that sellerprotection????? Cause the efficincy of the market says, it is much more valuable to protect sellers than buyers. Cause how is bringing the money. I went to the Asendia Teminal and asked for my box, cause I wanted to help ebay and make them safe money by delivering the box to myself cause German DHL does not get it runnig on the last Mile. Fighting the Last mile :))!!!!! I mean the Asendia guys told me that the box may be eventually broken, like everything returned! So the Seller seems to know more, maybe he is offering me than on second hand the photos of the item that he did already receive but does not say that to ebay. Better for his cost income............I mean is that that the solution, I need to complain and worry, seller does not respond for weeks. And I have the phone bill. I will collect on the German Flee-Market, better cause there is something I can grab it, and have it in my hands. No not delivered, waiting now for 1 and a half Month for a Solution and ebay shifts me further protecting the Seller. Is that the customer care or Service? Is that the American Life Style........and normal that the little customer is shifted and need to give proove? Is it normal that the smaller one is eaten by the big EBAY and SELLLER, earning and earnig and having Millions of Listings? Okay this is Darwinism....And if someone wants to betreated sozial, sorry we have here our Policys. Okay, if your Doctor says, policy, we need to amputate. Help means healing and that is just for the big and rich. So there will be soon denial of Service from my side, and have a good time huge ebay! The Huge ones have the biggest illnesses, and maybe no Amputation, just Slaughter by no Chance for Healing....sadly ebay passed, cause we didn't want to go futher see him suffering. Good bye ebay. I mean I ask for contructive solutions and the only answer. Shifted, and Shifted and then we can't decide, Seller was payed. I mean I have here nothing, and the huge ones move really slowly. That precash, the seller has his, you get the saying of buyerprotection and promises. And Paypal is protecting you!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so safe here ........ebay laughs and if I as a custodian am no more buying from ebay, they can go further protecting the sellers. I don't worry. My money goes to the local fleemarket or where ever I find something like a fetish , Pottery or Katsina.......no ebay - no worries!!!!!!!

I know you're frustrated, but if you could present your issues without quite so much editorializing and a few more paragraph breaks it would really help us understand the issues. I don't understand if you received a broken item or you had a item not delivered. EBay's Money Back Guarantee is *very* buyer-centric if used correctly. So we need to understand how you've used it to be able to pinpoint the breakdown.

I tried to read through that wall of text and numerous exclamation points and question marks and incoherent sentences to figure out your issue.
Paragraphs go a long way to getting your point across.
What exactly is the issue?
Did you file a return for not as described within 30 days of receiving your whatevers or what?

You could have left out most of that and stated the problem, like this:
I gave the wrong address and the item was returned to seller and they won't refund.
If an item is return because of a bad address, you loose your buyer protection and the seller doesn't have to refund.

No, I opened a case because the parcel was not delivered and returned.

And so it wasn't readable.
DHL made a recherche-attempt to his system and said the reason may be written on the box and the seller or international hub will receive this information that way. They are sorry they can't provide it to me.

Anybody asks this question. I uploaded information that the box was never delivered and reached me. Tracking said it was refused by the German Postal Organisation and customs office. It is not to be made out who refused it and why, because they work in the same huge office in Frankfurt / Offenbach (IPZ) International Post Center. There is an E-Mail provided in the case by Asendia Hotline. They stated, that the parcel is in the process of returning to Glendale Heights.

Sorry Sir the address is correct. I got another box with two little Cats posted with the same address from Crow and Cactus. Why did it work with this and why not with the parcel that is refused? I had a Letter from the German Post officials excusing and telling me that the reason why the box was refused is written on the box, maybe a Sticker. Something like measurements or policies do not work. International shipping made the transport. I mean I just ordered, I didn't choose the shipping.

Whatever the case, if the item was returned to sender, it was deemed as refused thus causing eBay to side in the sellers favor.
