Please advise. The listing has been taken down due to eBay policy violations. The recent reviews show the product is fake. The listing is too good to be true I should have known it was fake. Seller printed a label but has not dropped item off at post office yet.
But I don't have the option to cancel the order because he printed the label. What to do?

Have to wait for the last given delivery date to pass. One day past you can file an item not received. If they do arrive and are fake, you can file an item not as described case. Until then you have to sit tight. If the seller gets removed you can file an item not received case sooner if you never got it.
Avoid those too good to be true listings they always are.
If you fall victim to the fake tracking number scam, come back here and we can advise.

You are covered by the eBay MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
And there is a good chance that the seller, if they are new or occasional sellers, does not yet have your money since there is a Hold on newbies for just this reason.
Unfortunately it will be slow, but you will be refunded.
Mark that last estimated date for delivery on your calendar and file a Claim 24 hours later.

Wait, since when have we not been able to cancel an order because the label was printed? Last week we packed up, printed a label and the buyer then cancelled. We then just had to cancelled the label.

@not.just.legos
Is your seller still a registered user?

Yes I believe so

Why not just wait til the last estimated delivery date and then proceed as follows:
1. You haven't received the item by the EDD? Open an INR case.
2. You received it, but it's NAD? Open an NAD case.
The MBG is your friend.

Ok...that makes sense. To me that is all one and the same, I'll approve any order to be cancelled if a buyer doesnt want it for a full credit as long as I havent shipped
