blocked account

My account has been blocked for no reason.  I cannot get any answers from eBay Help and Contact.  Is there any other way to get through to eBay and get this resolved?  The error message I get says blocked for unpaid items.  I do not owe any money to any of my sellers.  I have been using eBay for 24 years.  I've never been late on a single payment.  Any issues in the past were quickly responded to and dealt with.  This time is different.  Can anyone help me??????????????????????????????????

Re: blocked account

Check in your purchase history any unpaid orders will appear there. It takes 2 UPI strikes to be blocked by sellers who have that restriction setting in place.

If you have no unpaids, (in the last 12 months) contact eBay on Social Media:

Re: blocked account

Hi @karlatullos

eBay isn't blocking you.  Sellers are blocking you.  [Sellers are able to block buyers who have received 2 or more nonpayment strikes within a 12-month period.]

Buyers used to paying late ... often because of trying to get 'combined shipping' ... may have been caught by surprise when the 'Unpaid item process' stopped giving 'warnings' before a buyer received a strike.  You can check to see how many (if any) unpaid items you've had in the past year from your Purchase History.

Each unpaid item strike lasts for 12 months.  You will be able to buy freely when you have only one strike left on your account.
