Seller sent email saying car not running correctly

I am currently the high bidder on a car that the seller has emailed me and stated that the car does not run as advertised what do I do to submit a withdrawal? I sent an email in response to the seller asking to be withdrawn is that all I need to do?

Purchased phone reported as "lost or stolen"
