Why can’t I ask the seller a question?

What makes you think you can't ask a question? 
Are you getting an error message when you try? If yes, what does the message say?

If you are getting a message saying "this seller is not accepting messages from you" or similar wording, it is because you are on their Blocked Buyer List (BBL).  You could be on their list if they are a foreign seller who does not ship to the U.S., You have received 2 unpaid item strikes in the last 12 months, or you bought from them before and left a negative or neutral feedback for them.  If you've asked several questions about the item, they may have decided not to deal with you and blocked you.
