What to do if request is automatically closed?

I made 2 orders from one seller, didnt receive items. Wrote to Ebay and got answer

The seller has responded.

Seller’s message: "i did no say my account was blocked i said ebay ruined us let two customers steal 1500 dollars of mech off us and held our funds "

I didnt know what to do next (no money, no items) and because of difficulties in life at moment forgot to deal with problem, until received message:

Hi ,

We closed this request since there's been no activity for 21 days

Does anybody know is there any options left? Or i got scammed so easily and thats it? Its over 2 month now, no money (over 200$), no items.

I'm sorry, but you have no further recourse through eBay. When you open a case eBay allows the seller three business days to voluntarily make things right. If they don't you have to go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. You have 21 days to take this second step. If you don't the case is automatically closed and can't be reopened.

You'll need to dispute the charge with your payment source.
