I was told by an eBay representative who stayed on the line with me to report a seller for lying and poor performance. I reported exactly as the eBay representative told me to and feedback was also conveyed by eBay representative to post on the seller's account. I stated nothing but the facts with supported documentation and pictures. I now see that the eBay feedback review Department allowed the feedback to be removed? I then spoke with another eBay representative who agreed it was poor choice and conveyed that to the feedback review Department along with further documentation. 22 years of dealing with eBay and it's poor customer service have now come to an end I will no longer do business with eBay after this disaster and the fact that it cost me additional money is the icing on the cake.

Care to elaborate on a seller whom you reported for "lying and poor performance"?
eBay's Money Back Guarantee offers good protection for buyers, but, of course, you know that, with 22 years of experience here. How did the situation cost you additional money?

Did you contact customer service with a callback from the Help & Contact link or did you call a number you found on Google? EBay has no dial-in customer service number; the numbers you find are scammers.
I ask because eBay has no Feedback Review Department. Everything you were told by CS was untrue. Reporting sellers and leaving feedback can, and should be, done through eBay's automated systems.

If you buy an item on eBay and it is not as described, all you have to do is find the item on your purchase history, click on the link that says "return this item" and the seller will have to issue you a return label for you to send the item back; upon the seller's receipt of the item, they have to issue you a refund. If they do not do this within four days of their receipt, you can go back in and ask eBay to step in and they will force a refund from the buyer. (This is true even if the seller says "no returns". No returns does not mean no refunds.)
You do not have to call eBay if you need to return an item. In fact, if you have a problem you are better off coming here and asking. eBay customer service reps have the reputation for telling callers what they want to hear instead of the facts, just to get them off the phone. There are many buyers and sellers on these boards with a multitude of knowledge and experience who can help you.
As far as your feedback being removed, we would need more info about what was said.

The last I knew Sellers only have 2 Days to refund a customer on a returned item not 4. If you read 4 days somewhere can you please share the link for that eBay Help page? If eBay recently changed from 2 to 4 days then I missed the memo.
You may be confusing the time period for a Buyer's claim that they did not receive their item, that happens to be a 4 day claim.
