If we continuously bid on more than 20 items at the same time will it be an issue to our eBay account?

It is not an issue, you can bid sa many as you can as long as you only use one account. Make sure to pay as well so it wont be an issue . If you really want the item that much it is best to send a message to the seller to negotiate and they can change their listing for you so you can buy it without waiting for the listing to end.

It doesn't matter how many consecutive bids that you place. Unless there is more than one bidder bidding, your bid would not increase the selling price. The only thing those 20 bids would do is to increase your maximum bid.
I suggest that you folks from Sri Lanka spend more time studying the tutorials learning how eBay works rather than wasting it on the discussion boards.

You have started 5 different threads in a few days with pointless questions about issues that have not even affected you.
You need to learn how eBay works for yourself - people here do not have time to hold your hand through the entire process, which is what you seem to expect.
Sorry, harsh, but true. https://ebay.com/help

And again, another incorrect post. Seller's, especially with auctions, do not appreciate unsolicited offers unless BO is on a listing.
Please stop now.

Not as long as you pay for all 20 items if/when you are the winner.

New members are often limited to how many items they are allowed to bid on and that many, if allowed, might limit you to one auction.

I, perhaps wrongly, assumed that the OP was talking about placing 20 bids on the same item. As has been mentioned by tdumonde2014, a new member would probably have limits on the number of items that they could bid on.

No limits on bidding. In some cases new accounts are limited on how many different items they can bid on at once. Don't see that too often but if a new bidder bids a lot of expensive items all at once they can face limits.
