It means your payment is being processed. It usually takes 48 hours for that to happen, but can take longer if you pay on a weekend. That happens because ebay's managed payments processor is located in Holland, and payments are transmitted there for verification. Most experienced sellers will start the shipping process before you see the status marked as completed.
