Website blocks users from logging in

fix your website... a long time customer, I can no longer login.. you have blocked my access. Thus, purchases are not possible. Your management should replace the IT team that developed such a "F'd up" website as it impacts your revenue stream. have a nice day, without me of course

You seem to be able to sign in using your new account.

What happened to your old account? What problem are you having when you try to sign in?

There can be several reasons why you are having trouble logging in so more details would be helpful.

Are you getting any messages when the login fails?

Was your other account dormant for a long time?

Were you trying to access it using the app? 

You may have to try logging in the classic way with your username and password if you hadn't used the other account in a long time. 

Are you getting caught in a captcha circle?

If so try clearing your device's temporary internet files and cookie cache then restarting it.  Then try logging in
