V loňském roce jsem koupil dětskou kameru od prodejce. Doručeno zlomené. Celý rok jsem psal (několik zpráv), abych dostal peníze zpět. Slíbil, že pošle nový. Několikrát. Stále jen výmluvy - covid, doprava. Nic nepřišlo. Nemám fotoaparát ani peníze. Ebay napsal, že mají jen 30 dní. Ebay bohužel také nic nevyřešil.Dávejte si pozor na prodejce. Když odešle špatné zboží, nevrátí peníze ani vám nepošle žádné nové.Nakoupil jsem spoustu věcí na ebay, ale nikdy to nebyl problém.

Last year I bought a baby camera from a retailer. Delivered broken. I wrote (several messages) all year to get my money back. He promised to send a new one. Several times. Still just excuses - covid, transport. Nothing came. I don't have a camera or money. Ebay wrote that they only have 30 days. Unfortunately, ebay also didn't solve anything.
Beware of the dealer. When he sends the wrong goods, he will not return the money or send you any new ones.
I bought a lot of things on ebay, but it was never a problem.
