US dollar currency

When I search for items, some listings are in Canadian dollars. I am searching from the US site and only want listings in US dollars. There is no filter for currency in my settings.

Re: US dollar currency

There used to be a filter for a particular currency only but it seems to have been removed a few years ago.  Closest you can do is item location filters (but that would remove items located in Canada but listed on ebay.com and therefore in US Dollars while letting through items with given locations--not always given accurately--in the US but listed on ebay.ca and therefore in CAD.)

@sweet_promises14,

Are you sure your setting is set to United States, and not North America which includes Canada?

Re: US dollar currency

You are resitered in Sri Lanka not the USA.  In Sri Lanka your banking rules are very tight. Perhaps you need to shop closer to Sri Lanka.

Re: US dollar currency

Every listing I see with a Canadian price includes the equivalent in US dollars.

Re: US dollar currency

Since you're located in Sri Lanka you might want to remove PayPal as a way to receive payments since I believe it is illegal in your country.

You may also consider taking down the toy gun listing unless it has the bright orange plug in the muzzle since it will probably be pulled when eBay spots it.
