Tracking number provided

Hi, its been saying Tracking number provided since 15 January now, nothing seems to happend. Have anyone here experience the same thing? is there anything i can do? It's says it should ship with UPS

Since a tracking number has been issued, you cannot cancel the sale. If you do not remember what the last estimated delivery date for the item was, go to your purchase history and open the transaction, and look at the last estimated date.  You can open an Item Not Received (INR)  dispute the day after the last date.

Don't want to cancel it, i just want my package i bought. Seems like its stuck and don't know what to do or how to contact the ebay / ups. Went to ups website and typed the tracking number and it said it could not find it and something about 120 days
