Re: Toxic business

@tuainenookerevake,

You are registered as being in New Zealand, which means your home site is ebay's  Australian based site ( ebay.com.au ) and you might get better answers if you posted your issue on that site's community, not the U.S. based site's community ( ebay.com )

You bought from a U.K. based seller on what date? If you go to your purchase history and open the Order details for your transaction, it should show you the last estimated delivery date for receiving the item.

    If that date has passed and the item has not yet arrived, you can file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute, buy opening the More actions tab.  The seller will have 3 days to respond by posting tracking showing that the item is still in transit, or by issuing a refund.

There is a link to ebay's Money Back Guarantee policy on most listings, just under the icons showing the payment methods you can use under the Shop with Confidence header.  If you have not clicked on the learn more button there then do that now.

I'm not quite sure what a doggie company is, but this doggie company offers a comprehensive Money Back Guarantee. On the day after the last estimated delivery date eBay gave you go to the listing in your purchase history and click I didn't receive it under More actions. Ebay will give the seller three business days to either produce tracking showing delivery or refund you. If they don't, on day 4 go back to the case and ask eBay to step in. EBay will then issue a refund.

Re: Toxic business

Tbey are asking here because they bought from a US seller.

Filing that you didn't receive it is the wrong dispute.

You said it was falling apart a week later. When did you receive it?

You have 30 days after delivery to file a not as described case.

Meow!

eBay itself doesn't sell items; rather, it facilitates a platform where individuals can sell items to each other.
