Sellers are gaming eBay and buyers by just printing a label and delaying handing it over to UPS or whatever, or never sending your purchase at all. I saved something in my watch list and got a seller offer. I bought it and now I wish I would have looked at the sellers feedback. eBay has allowed this seller to repeatedly sell the same item, string along the buyer, never ships, eBay steps it does whatever eBay does, feedback reflects the ordeal and eBay lets the seller do it again! This isn't the first time I have had issues and I am re evaluating whether to ever order from eBay again. It is getting too frustrating and unreliable to bother with.

Simply printing a label does nothing other than send a buyer a generated email stating that the item has been shipped. Until the item is actually scanned by the PO, the shipping obligation has not been satisfied. There must be a scan for the shipping to be considered “on route”. I’ve shipped many items using the new Ground Advantage shipping that have only had 2 total scans, few had one scan at the time of delivery, and a few had no delivery scans at all….
