Hi as above I bought an item as an guest. I have the emails and order details and sent them to the seller to ask why the item never arrived and the response was pretty much, 'not my problem' contact ebay. I cant open an account and opena dispute because the item details wont come up. Is there any other way I can contact ebay?Thanks

If the seller does not reply or cooperate, after 3 business days you can have Ebay step in to help you:

Thank you for your reply.
Seller ignores me now and this is the message I get when I view the order details in the body of the email.
They also wont enable messages to deliver to their email address. But when I contact them via my ebay account , the messages go through.
I have payment proof that I paid £30 and the item never arrived.
Seller is being non communicative now.

Suggest maybe asking on your home board, this question is now being asked/posted on the USA board. Things across the pond may be different. Don't know if buying as a guest is the same over there as here.

Sellers aren't required to respond to messages, they should, but are not required to. All you need to do is concentrate on the estimated date of delivery for your item. Regardless of purchasing as a guest, the platform will not allow a seller to simply take your money and never ship your item. Just follow the procedures for an item not received once the date has passed. Until then all you can do is wait this out. Best of luck to you....
