Seller never shipped my item & I was refunded. Does Ebay ever reimburse you for lost coupon worth?

I purchased an item using a 5.00 coupon code (not issued by Ebay). Seller never shipped the item so Ebay issued me a refund. I had used the 5.00 coupon on the order. Does Ebay ever reimburse you for lost coupon?

Was your full payment refunded or just the protion you paid? I don`t think they refund coupons.

No those are usually non-refundable single use coupons. If you get a refund, it’s for the amount you paid out of pocket and the coupon is not returned either.

Thanks. I guess he just made me lose a 5.xx coupon. Gotta love some of the sellers on Ebay with no sense of responsitiblity to even respond to your message and just not even ship your item. Good Grief!
