Why is it so hard for to contact eBay? I have screen shots a seller harassing and sending inappropriate messages to me. My question is how can I get eBay to see those messages?

Report the seller using the link below
On the first page choose, "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies" and click continue
On the second page choose, "Seller sent threatening or abusive messages"
Add the sellers username and details and click submit

Just block the seller...no more messages.

Sellers are not required to provide the buyer with tracking information. Tracking is for the seller.
Buyers have the Money Back Guarantee if the delivery doesn’t show up, or, if it isn’t what was ordered. Firing off a negative before the last estimated date of arrival is a bit premature and I see why the seller would be upset.
I am not saying harassment is warranted.

Already did. How can I get ebay to see the messages the seller has sent?

I did that. How long until ebay responds? And will ebay look at the messages the seller privately sent me?

Well, he said it was shipped which was a lie. And who doesn’t provide tracking? If it costs more than .75 cents to ship it has tracking. This is as $4 to ship. Secondly, this isnt the first time seller has done this. Also, this day 10. Where does shipping take 10 days?

I'm not @campanaelia, but I think the answers would be that 1) eBay doesn't respond. But I think that 2) you've bettered your chances (that they'll look at them) by forwarding them. Good luck and hang in there.

And how do I foward them lol. This is not a user friendly platform. After this its time to look elsewhere. Im eBay will just miss me lol

'who doesn't provide tracking?'...Companies who send out bills, customers who pay their bills in the mail, the government who sends out social checks to some people, credit card companies who send a new credit card card or re-issued credit card....and a lot of sellers...tracking is not required for mailing out using the USPS.
On your 'Delivery : estimated date of delivery' in the item sold you open a claim one day after that as item not delivered.
Emails are not recognized or used anymore...and photos are used in returning items in open claims.
Nothing you can do but wait for the date item is suppose to arrive.

Yep, as @mtgraves7984 already stated, ebay won't respond or let you know what actions they take.

Lol is this a billing company? Social security? Government who sends out checks? Nope, this is a buying and selling platform. He doesnt have tracking number because he never shipped lol. You get a tracking number at the post office when you ship anything out that costs more than a stamp. This did. I got something today almost the exact same item and shockingly, it had tracking.
Over 2 weeks for a refund is pure comedy at this point. Time to switch to amazon where they actually have a customer service dept. Thanks for the help ebay community

You are wrong @finlandsux . NOT everything gets tracking and not every seller ships with tracking, nor is it required that they do so.
FWIW, if your seller knows his way around ebay and feedback policy, he (and others you left feedback for) can get those feedbacks you left removed because in several of them, you mentioned having to get ebay to step in.

You are wrong @albertabrightalberta . I have to mail something out tomorrow and I will guarantee you I will get tracking and not even ask for it nor want it, but they still give you a number. Im sounding like a broken record here lol. Ebay will have to step in for the refund so the feedback should stay. Tomorrow will be day 11 with no refund. Also, im not the only buyer this guy has done this too. Ebay hasnt removed those.

Hello finlandsux,
Maybe I missed it but did you open a return case? (click the drop down next to the order to open a return) and select not received as the reason and then the seller has to provide the tracking or you get a refund. Although not sure if you should maybe open the case "not as described" instead since that way you are also covered if they send you a problem item too (since they are only required to provide tracking for a not received case, even if they send you a bag of rocks). Maybe someone else will give you more advice on that.
As far as contacting ebay, it's easy. You just click the contact us link in the help section of the footer of the site. It will have you select the order/item in question and then at the very bottom will appear "have ebay call you back". You give your number and eBay reps will call you in a few minutes.
They will have access to the messages sent from the seller.
