How do you find out information about a seller? 

I did have a transaction with the seller but I am trying to find out some information .

What information are you looking for?

Looking at the seller's feedback or profile page is a good place to start.

If you are involved in a transaction, the order details will have additional information.

It depends upon what type of information you're seeking and whether or not you're currently engaged in a transaction with that seller.

You could start from that transaction in your Purchase History, possibly. Go there and hit some hot buttons. Good luck.

There is not much information available about sellers beyond their feedback profile page.  There are some things on the profile that can give you indications of Item Location misrepresentation, Seller's actual country of registry, and other things. There are also things in a listing that can do the same thing.  If you are looking for specific information let us know what it is, and we can give you some things to look for.

so this is a strange story

I bought something from a seller in October --UPS said it was delivered but it wasn't 

A box came over Christmas --it was a massage chair (??) I was trying to figure out who sent me a massage chair pad --did not recognize the name on the label

This morning it dawned on me--It finally got delivered.

So when I first posted this I was trying to find out who the name was on the label and wondered if the seller sent me a massage chair pad --but the item ( glass flowers) was in this box!!

I am opening the box now but its pretty beat up on the outside....

I'll let you know if the flowers are broken ( after being lost for over 2 months.)
