I ordered a set of turn signal lenses from a seller. The next day the seller cancelled my order saying my shipment was damaged in transit. So I bought the same lenses from another seller while waiting on a refund from the first seller. The second seller the following day said there was a quality problem for the lenses I ordered and they cancelled my order. So I left neutral feedback for both sellers because they cancelled the order. Now every day I receive messages from both sellers asking me to rescind the neutral feedback and change it to positive. After the first message from both I said no. But the next day I got the same message. The following day the same message. So I gave in and said send me the request to change the feedback and I will change it. No response from either seller but daily I continue to get the same message from both sellers to change the neutral feedback I left both. The wording of the message between the 2 sellers is only slightly different in wording. I think it is the same person with different seller names. How can I block these 2 sellers from multiple messages every day ? They do not respond to me when I ask them to stop sending me messages.?
