Why would you even ask about buying that tractor from a China based seller?

  The price is about 1/4 of what it sells for new in the U.S.  (red flag)  and even if they are fully assembled in china, they are not allowed by Troy Built to sell them outside of China (RF#2)  Free Speedpak shipping a small package delivery service (RF#3)  New Seller (RF#4) Item location given as cn China, no city (RF#5) 

You've been on these boards for 20 years and should know what to look out for, to avoid scams by now.

Maybe, you're right but how many experienced members have we read topics from, who have been taken in by low prices?  My reply may have helped a less experienced member who read it, to avoid a scam in the future.
