Scams everywhere. Ebay is complicit.

Bought two items.  Fake UPS tracking numbers from BOTH sellers were provided.  It will shows delivery in progress but it was never delieved and never will be.  Do not buy off Ebay.  This website is a SCAM.  90++% chance you will not receive anything.  Do not use Ebay!  I made a big mistake buying off here.  Luckily, I only lost $32.  I will now be doing a chargeback asap.

eBay transactions are covered by their Money Back Guarantee. Did you file for a refund in eBay's Resolution Center based on "Item Not Received" (INR)?

Post again if you need help on filing for that refund. Members will be glad to step you through the process.

Yes, I contacted the seller. I know how it's going to end because I looked up the UPS number and it is indeed fake. It's been "sitting" in some warehouse for over a week. It's bogus.

I didn't say anything about contacting the seller. I asked if you had filed for a refund through eBay's Resolution Center.

What was the latest estimated delivery date? Has that date passed?

There is no way to request a refund. Yes, the estimated delivery date has passed.

It always helps if you check the sellers feedback.

Looking at their feedback will give you a pretty good idea, you won't get what you ordered.

Have a great day.

What do you mean by "There is not way to request a refund?" Did you go to the Resolution Center and try? What steps did you use--what did you click on?

I checked their feedback and others complained about being giving a fake UPS number too.

You have to wait until the seller responds after 3 days until you can ask Ebay to step in.

OFGS. Then you've already filed for a refund. Wait the three days and ask eBay to step in. eBay has been giving sellers a bit more time for packages to be delivered if they are in transit because of the coronavirus--you know, the global pandemic that has affected shipping in every country on the planet?

You'll get a refund, unless the seller can prove the item has been delivered.

I do notice that you've been registered with eBay (under this id, anyway) for two months. In that two months, you've left two negative feedback comments for sellers. I'd recommend you vet your sellers a bit better than you have been. I've been registered with eBay for 21+ years and have left two negative comments in all that time.

I'd also recommend you familiarize yourself with eBay's policies and procedures, and not start a thread on the discussion boards about a problem that doesn't even exist. You've filed for a refund, and you'll get the refund if the item doesn't arrive. You haven't lost any money, and you won't lose any money.

Then why in the world did you go ahead and buy something from them? THAT'S WHAT SELLER FEEDBACK IS FOR--TO "WARN" FUTURE BUYERS ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH A SELLER.

Unfortunately, those comments came after I purchased the item.

My faith in buying online has been destroyed by this experience.

Well, that's a bit dramatic, but for sure online buying isn't for everyone. Some people might be better satisfied shopping in B&M establishments.

Money Back Guarantee is a scammers friend and a buyers nightmare.
