I will be spreading the news on all social media sites and letting the news media know too. You have messed with the wrong person eBay.

Judging by your negative, it seems the buyer did not get their item.
Tracking showing delivery is uploaded into the case and the case is then closed in the seller's favor.
If you don't have tracking, the buyer wins, as you have no proof that the item was delivered.
Wishing you the best.

Well, you're not the first person who will spread the word on all social media sites and news media. Not that it did a lot of good, though.

Not proof he was a scammer even if some sellers were scammed by buyers that also used that reshipper.
How would ebay "protect"you from everything that "may"happen?
You made a choice based on your low risk threshold and there are consequenses for that choice. That has nothing to do w ebay, that is all you

He has a U.K. address AND WANTS THE ITEM SHIPPED TO A RESHIPPER. Many outside the U.S. use reshippers. Nothing you've said or noted has indicated this buyer is a scammer. And, as you've already been told, shipping to a reshipper ends your liability with ebay AS LONG AS YOU HAVE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO THAT ADDRESS.

"Told him and sent him the link that it was a scam address"
He gave you a normall reshippers address.
It's actually THE BEST since you ship in USA and your liability ends once tracking says delivered to reshipper.
Even if buyer wants to do simple return he can not have you pay for shipping label from outside of the country.

It is an unfortunate truth, that ebay does a better job of protecting buyers, than it does its real customers, the sellers. However, ebay does tell its sellers if they ship items with tracking, they will not lose Item Not Received disputes. Since you do not do that you are taking a bigger risk than other sellers are.
You are shpping items using a standard method, but even some of those services can have tracking added, and for free if you print your labels through eBay/paypal, the USPS site, or even stamps.com. Often the difference in cost between standard shipping and priority is only pennies, and you can get free materials from the USPS site to ship much of what you sell, and online postage often comes with a discount. If you take advantage of what is available, you can save on shipping costs and be protected from possible false INR disputes.
Go ahead and splash your disapointment all over social media. I doubt it will do much good though, since your rant will soon be lost in the jungle of other garbage written on those sites. Rather than trying to get even, why not take steps to prevent a recurrence of the problem, by being proactive.
