Scam

I purchased a pair of Hoka shoes.  Ebay said they were delivered however I did not receive them.  I can't notify seller as I received a notification the seller is no longer active.  I tried to track package, post office said it isn't one of their tracking numbers.  I tried contacting Ebay by phone and I get a busy signal.   I have been scammed.

If your seller is Naru'd (no longer a registered user) eBay may have already dispensed with their account.  If that is the case, I would contact eBay via one of their social media portals:
