sellers dont  send items after a week from the day of sale?

Is it possible for the  sellersot t send the product after a week from the day of sale?

And if he sends, doesn't he have to give a tracking number?
If he doesn't send and doesn't give a tracking number, why do I have to wait two months to get the money back?
Why so many sellers from India do not ship the products
I have such cases from sellers from India. Why does eBay allow this?

@zeev2014

Sellers can have a handling time of one-day to 30 days. No, a seller is not required to provide tracking. Every listing shows the estimated delivery dates. On the day after the last estimated delivery date you can open an item not received case. You can ask eBay to step in and refund on the fourth business day after you open the case; it then should only take a few days to get your refund.

If you're having issues with sellers from India you should get in the habit of going to the seller's feedback page to see where they're registered and avoid sellers who are registered in India and/or have a feedback score lower than about 97%. The estimated delivery dates will also give you a good indication if the item is shipping from overseas.

@zeev2014,

"Is it possible for the  sellersot t send the product after a week from the day of sale?"

Yes if the seller has an extended handling time and uses a slow shipping method. That information is on every listing and can be found by clicking on the Shipping,Returns & Payments tab on a listing page.

The last seller from India you bought from shows, If I bought that item today, the last estimated delivery date would be August 20 to Israel.  You have sold on this site, and should know how delivery time frames work.

And if he sends, doesn't he have to give a tracking number?

No sellers are not required to ship with tracking, but most do use it to avoid false item not received  claims.

"If he doesn't send and doesn't give a tracking number, why do I have to wait two months to get the money back"?

You have to wait until the last estimated delivery date has passed by 1 day, before you can open an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.

"Why so many sellers from India do not ship the products"?

Possibly because they drop ship from suppliers who do not keep track of their inventory. Or because they owe their suppliers money.

"I have such cases from sellers from India. Why does eBay allow this"?

eBay doesn't "allow" sellers not to ship products. However, they have to fall below a certain percentage of defects on their accounts, before ebay will kick them off the site. One third of the last 25 sellers you have bought from are now Unregistered sellers.  That should tell you something about your buying habits.

As kathiec pointed out, you should be checking the feedback profile pages of any seller you intend to buy from, before making purchases.  Never go by a feedback percentage alone.  She also warned you to avoid sellers with less than a 97% rating.  For many experienced buyers, the cut off point is a 98.6% rating for higher volume sellers.

In case you have not figured it out by now, The chinese and indian sellers you tend to buy from are not selling quality items, and do not have good customer service.  Pay more, and buy from sellers who are more reliable and do not have feedback comments for poor quality or undelivered products.

The other responders here have given you excellent advice.

What makes you think you need to wait two months to resolve the problem? Here's the way it works:  There is an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE in every eBay listing.  The buyer sees that date prior to purchasing.  If/when that date arrives and the buyer hasn't received his package, he has 30 days to open an item not received

case.  Please re-read the MBG.

If you perceive that this is often happening with sellers from India, then doesn't it make sense to vet your sellers more diligently?

As already stated, last estimated delivery date is the one and only relevant date. I can add that tracking is not always used, nor is shipping information always updated.
