There are MANY Sellers selling Samsung Galaxy phones S22 Ultra's. When you get the new phone, the first thing is to check the IMEI with Samsung. I received one marked and listed as "NEW" yet it would not register which means the IMEI is a used one, and no warranty from Samsung. My opinion is that many sellers are buying used equipment repackaged as new and selling them as "new" when they are not. If you find this happening, immediately report that Seller to eBay please!!!

From the follow up feedback comment you left for the seller, it appears all you have done is to contact the seller regarding a refund. Cease communicating with them. Go to your purchase history click on the More actions button then on return the item and select does not match photos or description. The seller will have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label or authorize a refund. Despite the seller's return policy, they have to pay the return shipping cost. If they haven't done either, on day 4 you can ask ebay to step in and they will issue a refund and you can keep the phone.
Did you check that seller's feedback profile before buying from them? They are registered in China, but give a U.S. item location (Red Flag) The use of U.S. flag symbols and mentions of U.S. stock are an indication of chinese sellers.
They also have a lot of neutral and negative comments regarding their phone sales including mentions of others receiving locked, not working phones, or not receiving anything at all. Never go by a seller's feedback percentage alone.

Thank you for that information. I am trying to also "red flag" these sellers who repack used and refurbished phones and then sell them as new! Worse is their threat to deduct money for an item returned to them, not in the exact same condition it was shipped. THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE to do! To check and verify that a phone is new, the plastic must be removed then verify the IMEI then go to in this case, Samsung to verify that it is new and registerable! Then and only then, is the phone actually brand new!!!

The only way you can Red Flag a seller is to leave a negative feedback. You can try reporting them to ebay for the deduction by using the link below.
On the first page use the blue Report seller button.
Next page select seller has violated an ebay policy > Continue
Next Pg. enter the seller's username, select Other, then in the text box write.
The seller listed the phone as New and unlocked but when I received it, it would not activate, I checked the IMEI chip only to find out if it had been used before. It had and when I contacted them about a return, they said they would not give me a full refund because I had to open it to get the chip information. If the phone had been new, I would understand that, but the phone had been activated before therefore it was USED not new and was misdescribed. The seller has other feedback saying that has happened before.

Any item like that where a third party has remote control over it should only be purchased from a factory dealer. Otherwise you never have clear title to it and it can be shut down at any time.

AI just bought one S22 Ultra and appeared as a new in original box and made in Vietnam. Az I start using it and scarlet at the end of the day at 100% charge an announcement apparently ph screen with a deign a plugged charger but together with a beeping sound and a working saying that moisture or dirt in the phone charger was detected an I should spray the connector with some pressurized air. I contacted Samsung for tech support and a repair place under warranty. As they check the IMEI they informed me that there is no warranty because there was an original buyer as AT&T, 15 months ago. I didn't know because the phone appear as brand new in original factory sealed wraps and the box had a factory seal on it bur sols as refurbished. As the moisture warnings was concerned I remember that I kept the phone in my inner pocket while I was biking and probably moisture must have entered into the phone from my abundant prespiration! Naw that I learned the lesson I am not wearing it while exercise, and the warnings dissapear while charging. The ph is very good for $ 399 I paid.
