Hello
I bought a laptop yesterday from a new seller, it had a pretty good description in the listing, and today someone else has the same description. Can they lie to me? Have you experienced a similar case? The seller has added a tracking number, but has not shipped yet.
thanks.

What do I need this expression of sympathy for? When I'm right in every way. Ebay support just got rid of me

The regular eBay support tries to get rid of everybody that is a victim of the fake tracking scam. Did you submit your letter from USPS in an appeal and get denied again? Did you perhaps try to submit your evidence to eBay through the big blue MESSAGE button at the following? That is where the customer service reps are familiar with the "fake tracking" scam and have the authority to help you.

Include your user ID, item number, brief explanation of the phony tracking and include a photo of the USPS document. Is your seller still a registered user? (the one highlighted in your photo is NOT). Be sure to mention that if yours has been designated Not a Registered User already.
The only thing I noticed was that you are using a freight forwarder. It should not be an issue since the parcel never arrived at the freight forwarder. The automated eBay system only looks for a "delivered scan". If over 750$ US, there should be signature confirmation as well.
When you are completely thrown under the bus (and backed over a few times) by eBay, you can do a chargeback via your credit card. It is VERY IMPORTANT that the card company knows that this is NOT a regular item not received issue, but a case of using tracking for a package intended for someone else. If you do not do this, eBay will use the the same phony tracking information to counter your claim, and you will lose there, too.
In the future, be advised the most new or casual sellers have SELLING LIMITS. A newbie ZERO feedback seller should be prohibited from posting such an expensive item in the first place. A price that is "too good to be true" usually is an indication to look more closely.

Thank you very much ,
I submited all information in my letter , (usps message , other fraud accounts , and our correspondence)
But support did not consider it.However, the letter clearly states that the address and name are incorrect.
I dont know, where I can find it ?

The link I provided to you was for the eBay Facebook portal. You will have to have a Facebook account.

or you can try:
These are the only options I know about where there are actual HUMANS that can override the automated decisions made by BOTS. Be concise. Your ordered, USPS says tracking number was not intended for you. Leave out all the other "clone" scammer information and keep the information related to your transaction only.
