Hello,
i purchased a $2,100 watch on eBay. After waiting 13 days the seller finally shipped the item. I had already opened an item not received. Finally received, after the window, but was disappointed in that I was given a 40MM case size and not the 47MM case purchase. For non watch aficionados the difference in price is $1000! I was really angry.
I contacted the seller who claimed it was an honest mistake. I returned the item the next day after opening an item not as described case. I am now waiting on my refund after sending the watch back. However the item went out to delivery to the sellers address (using the label eBay sent me to use to return) and usps says “vacant” return to sender. Now I’m freaking out. I’m going to be stuck with this watch and without my refund because I couldn’t return it. How can I make sure the seller gets this watch back? There address was wrong. They said they moved when I contacted them and that they haven’t updated their address. I’m angry and feel I should be protected when I did nothing wrong. I was sent the wrong watch and when I returned it using the return label I was given by eBay. It’s not my fault they didn’t update their address. How can I be sure I get my money back? Even worse, I’m pretty sure the watch was a fake, since I have another from the brand and it looked a lot different.

Scroll down to the bottom and use the Help and Contact to have eBay call you. Explain the CS agent that the seller is refusing to issue a label. It's not YOUR concern if the return doesn't have sig conf or insurance, that's on the seller, if they want those features THEY must purchase and send you the label.
Have them review the messages regarding the change of address and ask if eBay can issue you a new return label with the corrected return address. They may be able to send it to you.
In any case, it's on the Seller and/or EBay. If no replacement label is issued you can escalate the case and get refunded. The buyer will be out the money with you returning the item.
At this point I would not raise the possibility of it being counterfeit, just that it's NAD and you need a return label with the correct address.

Sometimes brands could be different, so that shouldn't change the fact for returning it to the seller. Because the fact it's the "case" that your sending it back for, and not the authenticity. Since the seller had to provide you with a shipping label, when the item comes back to you, you should have him provide you with another one to the correct address.

It looks like the package got lost after I sent it back to the seller using the prepaid label. It’s been sitting at the same usps location for 8 days. I called eBay CS and they said I should receive a refund within 5 days. I bought this April 18! It’s taking forever but hope they honor their word.
