I returned a plate was looking for a TRN plate but they sent a metal one eBay sent me a return slip but I did not have a printer so I mailed the plate back USPS. They received a plate but would not answer. I ask eBay two step van, but they did not now they say I have waited too long to get to return. What can I do? Thank you.

Did you add the tracking number to your case?  It's automatic if you print out the label.  If the case has closed, you will have to file a case with the payment service you used. If you paid by credit card, contact your card company.

Next time, save the label as a .JPG to a memory stick. You can print it as a photo at many stores. Wallmart and Target are a few.
