If i did not receive purchased items, what are the steps have to be taken to recover it?

You will want to file a item not received claim in the resolution center if it has been 30 days or less from last delivery date has past

Did you notice the dates of the previous messages on this thread?

You really needed to begin your own thread detailing your problem.

However, since you are here now, here's the deal.

eBay offers buyers what's known as the Money Back Guarantee.  There was an estimated delivery date in the listing.  If that date has passed by more than a day, you need to open an item not received case.

You do that by returning to the listing in your My eBay> Purchase History and selecting the item.  There will be a drop down menu that includes "did not receive" .  Click on that.

If you do not get a response from the seller in 4 days, you need to return to the case and ask eBay to step in.  While you are waiting, please read the MBG.
