Hello, I received 3 items today and went to give feedback...but those items are not on my list. Also, I have at least 1 purchased item that is also not on my list. Is there a black hole? How do I fix this? Thanks for any help.

Are you looking at your purchase history? If so, I don't know why they wouldn't be there. Possibly check under bids/offers if those are applicable.

Some large sellers have a Block of about seven days on feedback. You could look at it as a cooling off period, but it's a perk for very large sellers, allowing them time to correct problems before the buyer leaves feedback that they might regret.

If you make a note on your calendar for next week, you can leave FB then. If there is a problem, contact the seller during this time.

(You have up to 30 days to open a Claim btw, if there is a problem. And feedback is not part of the claims process.)

I make a habit of giving positive FB same day...I just wanted to do that, but for some reason the items are not on purchased list. I guess I was more worried about not giving feedback. But I can't even find the items. I appreciate your help@ TY

I believe that, for TRS or TRS Plus sellers, there is a 7 day hold before a buyer can leave feedback.

However, there is no reason those purchases would not be in his Purchase History.

On viewing your feedback left, it looks like you have it set to leave auto canned feedback.

Are you positive it's not been left and you just did not realize it?

Yes, I always purchase on my account. And I did check my purchase list many times...and I went to the feedback link as you suggested...not there either. A puzzle. I really appreciate your reply! I was concerned about not being able to leave feedback as i do the same day as receiving. TY!

No...I don't even know how to do that. If everything is great, I just copy, sometimes change. Not on any of my lists. 3 more today. I would like to see my purchased list. Anywho.... Anywhere.... for replying
