I want to purchase these items:

However, when I try to buy it in eBay I got the message that it cannot be shipped to Brazil.

Could you help me on shipping it to Brazil?

You'll need to contact the seller, they are the only one that'll be able to help.

There are some restrictions on import/export of used car parts. Perhaps contact the seller thru eBay messages.

If it is a EBay International Shipping program sale, the seller may or may not can sort that out. 

Addendum: perhaps some of the members that sell car parts will be along to assist.

When I look at the listing with that title I see that the seller's shipping rules has a long list of countries they ship to. Brazil is not on the list. While it's also not on their list of exclusions that's probably why you're getting the message. You should contact the seller and see if they'll modify their shipping to include Brazil.
