Problem sending message

I am having problems sending messages to my seller, whenever I message him it says:

Seems pretty clear to me, Says message delivery failed due to temporary error. 

Try again later or use a computer.

If your having issues sending messages through eBay on that mobile device try another device, or use the browser in your device instead of the eBay app. If  you have a PC try there instead. 

If you are texting a seller outside of eBay that is a NO-NO and a probably a scam

No this is inside of eBay, whenever I try it in safari it automatically brings me to the app. I’m concerned though because I bought them and can’t get in touch with the owner to ask about details on delivery.

You don't need to do that just look at the estimated date of delivery, if you don't get what you bought by the day after that date you can open a Item Not Received through ebays Money Back Guarantee.

Are you talking to this seller outside of eBay? Did you actually find this listing on eBay?

Yes this is the new ebay update im guessing . Thats how the messaging page looks like now . Its pretty cool but im getting the same issue now which is really weird . Messages were fine txting seller and he was replying , paid for my item and told him i did , now i asked him if he got it and message not going thru . Right after i sent payment like did he block me or something

I’m having the same exact issue! I can only send certain messages. Can’t ask my questions about the items I purchased. I purchased a lot for my business need to know specifics about those items. Look stupid because I can’t finish conversations. I called them but it hasn’t been fixed. Been almost a month now. They can message me but I can reply only 20% of the time it’s like a robot is rejecting the message on purpose which it says they do but nothing im
