Cannot print anything with Microsoft Edge and now Firefox is missing portions of print and getting worse. Nearly a month and no fix from eBay.  Done with jumping through hoops to try to make printing work. C'mon eBay!

I use Firefox with a desktop Mac w/o issues, are you sure it's not a Microsoft issue?

Try printing using Control-P or the link to the system dialog if the print menu or print icon option is not responsive. If you are using Microsoft Edge, try using Control-Shift-P to print.

 

General printing suggestions:

 

What browsers have you tried?

 

Check to see how your browsers are set to treat PDF files -- for best results use a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDFs. Often browsers have issues opening PDF files in a browser tab directly using the built-in capabilities. Sometimes a browser update will affect your default settings, so this is something to check if you are having problems printing, along with making your your printer is selected in the print preview.

 

Are you able to see the print preview of the page?

And I use Firefox on a desktop Dell PC with Linux OS.  No printing problems. 

 

A Microsoft issue, though?  Why, whoever heard of such a thing!    😃  😃

@antiqbyr we don't have any label issues that are specific to Edge or FireFox, does it work when you try it in an incognito window?

I tried the "use a different browser" the other day for a different tech issue.  Unfortunately, I was met with "sign in" issues since I had never used that browser before with eBay.  I had to go through five attempts to sign in...kept rejecting my password.  Then was unable to verify myself with phone number screen (send code via text to phone).  Never got the text after six tries and simply gave up.    I am thinking these are some sort of security issues that throw the error messages, but it was TRES annoying, and never did work. 

Next time I have to "try a different browser" it is going to be ONCE, then off to buy someplace else.
