PayPal for buyers

Did Ebay change (as of today) the accepted buyer payment methods?  Is a buyer no longer allowed to pay with PayPal?  I am not finding a good answer and did not hear that something like this was coming.  Thanks for any input/update.

It's probably a glitch.  There was another post here about a buyer not able to pay.  Keep trying.  Maybe sign out and then sign in again on both ebay and paypal.

Buyers can still pay with Paypal.

Acceptable payment methods are shown on every listing.

However there is a temporary issue where it may not be shown.

It was a technical issue that has now been rectified
