VanillaGift gift card not working

I have a VanillaGift gift card that I have used to make purchases on eBay before, and had no problems whatsoever. But now when I want to order something, it always says “Please use a different card or check your balance.” 

I have enough money, so the balance is not the issue. It had worked before, so I am confused as to why it is malfunctioning. Help!

I'm having the same problem too. Not just with Vanilla, but Secure Spend visas as well.
