I purchased this item on July 7, 2024 for $250 (free shipping, $265 including tax), and was told that it would be arriving from the 11th to the 15th, but that it would be shipped as late as two days after the purchase was made. When the second day passed without me being notified of its shipment, I contacted the owner asking if everything was alright and when the package would be shipped. I received no response. I sent them a message the next day, requesting to cancel and receive a refund, and still received no response. I messaged the seller three times afterwards, with no changes and still no responses. It hasn't even been shipped meaning there's no possible way it would arrive on the 15th. If anyone can help or point out what I should do, I would be grateful.

If the final estimated delivery date is 7/15, there is no need to message the seller before then. If you still have not received your item by the 15th, the following day you can open an item not received case. Three business days later you can ask ebay to step in if the seller does not respond to the case. No sense messaging the seller again, just relax until then.

While many shippers buy their shipping through ebay and automatically post tracking, that is not required. You may hear nothing, but you have the money back guarantee.
