I bought a DVD series from a TV show, Call the Midwife, - 9 seasons with 10 episodes in each season's packages of disks 4 months ago. That's about 90 episodes. I haven't yet opened the shrink wrap from the last 4 seasons. I haven't had time to watch all of the episodes. In 3 of the 5 DVD cases I did open, there are 3 bad disks (in seasons 2, 4, and now 5 which I tried to watch today.) Do I have any recourse? None of the contact seller buttons on E-Bay will let me contact the seller.

That seller is no longer a registered user on eBay. The implication is eBay has terminated that person's account, so you will not be able to reach him/her.
eBay's Money Back Guarantee offers a 30-day window of opportunity to file a claim for an item that is damaged, so eBay cannot/will not help you. If you paid for the DVDs via PayPal, you'll have 180 days to file a claim through their Buyer Protection program.
If you did not use PayPal, but made the purchase with a credit card, check with your credit card issuer to determine their policy regarding chargebacks for damaged purchases. Credit card company return/refund policies range anywhere from 60 days from the date of the statement on which the purchase appears (the legal minimum) all the way to a year. Just call the number on the back of the card or check out the options online.
Good luck.
