Buyers should be allowed to report when sellers send defective items or withhold refunds until the last minute or stop responding to messages. I just had negative feedback removed again and I am done with this stupid site.

If you are opening returns and the seller refunded you without eBay stepping in that is one reason feedback gets automatically removed. If your feedback violates feedback policy it gets removed.
Communication is not a requirement.
But hey, you want to leave no one will stop you as a matter of fact you don't even need to make an announcement about it.
Best of luck wherever you go.

Still waiting on the refund, so it's just ebay caring more about sellers than customers! Absolute **bleep**!

If "ebay constantly removes" negative feedbacks you leave, you have probably been pegged as a problem buyer. Buyers who like to neg sellers are often reported and when sellers make feedback removal requests, they merely point out to ebay the pattern. And when there's a pattern, they are more apt to remove those buyers' feedbacks.
If I've counted correctly, I see that of 416 feedbacks you've left, I count 36 negative feedbacks and quite a few others that were neutral. That's a LOT of supposedly bad experiences.
EDIT: And in addition to the 36 I counted, who knows how many others were removed?!? Yikes!

Just being honest, of the last 3 purchases, not even exaggerating, the seller is no longer responding to me, they've had the return for 2 days, package was refused so it was never even opened, and now ebay will have to step in for me to get a refund, their negative feedback was already removed. The second item arrived damaged and leaking all over, I tried to contact seller first, no response for more than a week until I opened the return, the 3rd item was from China and they shipped the wrong color, so don't turn around and try to blame me for absolute incompetence, rudeness, laziness, and overall terrible customer service!

I suspect that doesn't change a unhappy purcase experience into a happier buyer experience.

Might be wise for ebay to articulate some policy exceptions.
A seller should communicate with their buyer before deciding to intentionally substitute and ship a different vintage item instead of the item listed & purchased
Upon opening the lightweight package, there was a note included & buyer discovered that the vintage item purchased was not shipped ,is " out of inventory " & words hoping buyer would find the substitution satisfactory
Prior communication by this top rated seller with buyer would have avoided for the buyer the inconvenience of doing a return
Effectively is this a way for a seller to avoid receipt of a out of stock defect & with Ebay not stepping in on a return, a way to avoid receipt of unfavorable transaction feedback ?

Leaving a negative when you receive a defective item is a bit unfair. Sellers don't test new items. I don't believe sellers intentionally send an item they know is defective because then they would have to refund and lose shipping money both ways. Besides, feedback isn't a product review. How was the seller's performance? Did they ship on time and fixed a problem if you had one? That is what feedback should be about.
A seller has to refund within a timeframe. Waiting until the last minute is allowed by eBay and not deserving of a negative if they don't immediately refund.
Communication is not a requirement. Communicating with the seller isn't even necessary if f you have a problem.
You are picking the wrong reasons for leaving negative feedback.
Save it for sellers that lie and fight you tooth and nail for a refund or call you names or threaten you or send you the wrong item and don't make it right.

Responding to message 5.
If you refused delivery you lost buyer protection.
Sellers want you to open a return so communication and the refund is through the case.
Wrong color- again all you needed to do is open a not as described case. The seller is responsible for return shipping.

Depending on how recently you left the last negative, you may get disappointed once again. Mentioning opening a dispute or asking ebay to step in, is a feedback policy violation and may be one of the reasons why you have had feedback removed, and why that one might be removed if the seller knows it can be reported. Casting aspersions on a person's descendancy, calling them names may also allow a comment to be removed.
I opened the listing you left that comment for and the first thing I saw was their feedback percentage, which was around 97.4% when you bought from them. Most experienced members will not buy from higher volume sellers who have less than a 98.6% rating.
In looking at the listing's photos, I noticed the item's Date of Mfr was just over a year ago. Since the listing is for sample packs of a liquid supplement, not labeled for individual sale, who knows what conditions they were stored in before being sold.
Your comment mentions no response after several days. All you had to do after that was to file an Item Not As Described dispute. By now you should know how the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) works, and if the seller did not follow through according to the MBG policy, that is when you ask ebay to step in. A negative would stick after that if left before a refund was issued.

Didn't leave negative feedback for defective items, left negative feedback after the sellers stopped responding! Learn to read!

What is the sellers handling time?
They probably ship within 3 days, The best time to ask sellers questions is BEFORE you buy, this way you would know if you're dealing with an unresponsive seller or not. If they don't respond move on to another seller.
Typing in all caps is considered shouting and unnecessary. We are all eBay members like you and just trying to help the best we can.

If your last reply Was directed at me,
"THE OIL WAS PURCHASED 2 DAYS AGO, HASN'T SHIPPED YET, AND ISN'T PART OF MY PROBLEM! GET A GRIP!"
I was merely pointing out, using your previous feedback comments, why your feedback have been removed in the past. Leaving feedback just because a seller does not respond to messages is wrong. Sellers are not REQUIRED by ebay to reply to messages. Some medium and high volume sellers are only one or two person operations, and because of family and or work obligations, they may not always have the time to respond to messages.
If your message was about shipping, first open the listing, go to Shipping: Price / service and click on the See details button. On the screen that opens you may see:
