My bank thought my eBay order was a scam and did not make a payment, now my credit is bad

What can  I do to restore my credit. I can make the 50.00 payment

What do you mean by restore your credit? If you mean restore your reputation with ebay, all you can do is not get another unpaid item strike for at least the next 12 months. Most sellers on ebay use a Buyer Requirement that automatically blocks Buyers who: Have received  [2] unpaid item strikes in the last [12] months.

I would go to your bank branch and speak to a rep to find out why they refused to honor the payment.
