I bought an used photo printer which arrived in poor conditioned package and several plastic pieces laying in the box. It was confirmed broken on inspection, but since over 30 days had passed, I did not request return/refund, but I would like to send feed back about this seller. Either he knew it was broken, or didn't care if it broke during shipping. It was shopped in a thin cardboard box with one layer of plastic wrapped around it. I have been trying to find how to report this so that this seller do not make any sales of this sort, but I can't find a way. No customer service phone number that works either.

'30 days had passed'...usually when someone gets an item they bought they open it up and look at it or use it.
I mean, you did spend money on something.
Guess you didn't need the photo printer in 30 days when it arrived.
You remember 'thin cardboard box with one layer of plastic wrapped around it' of the 30 days to return an item...Wish I could remember something I got 30 days ago packaged.
Just know whatever feedback you leave for a seller ALL other sellers can read that and wonder if they should sell you something in future purchases....Just a thought here.

You missed the chance to report this problem to Ebay when you failed to report during the MBG period.
You may have missed the window to leave FB which is meaningless other than to deter purchasing by the few buyers who actually read FB, now that the MBG program exists. It has a longer limit but is not endless only 60 days.

The way you report a seller to eBay is through opening a Money Back Guarantee case. EBay gives you 30 days after delivery to do that, which should be plenty of time to inspect a purchase. Calling eBay at this point will be fruitless, as you didn't avail yourself of the means they gave you to report the seller.
Did you contact the seller to report the damage and give them a chance to make things right?
