Missing Part

Attention Customer Service,

I purchased the HID Xenon Headlights Headlamps Left & Right Pair Set for 2004 Lexus RX330, during week of May 13, 2021. The order number and Item ID are shown below:

I am writing to inform you that in the process of installing the lights on my Lexus RX330 2004, we found out that the bulb for the main light was missing. We tried using the light that is currently installed in the vehicle. However, the main bulb does not fit your light assembly. All the other bulbs fit your new light assembly fine.

Please advise how can we resolve this situation.

You need to file an item not as described case in the resolution center. Link at lower right of this page. Also, report your posting as you have posted your phone number to a public forum.

You have posted to a member to member discussion board.  You will need to file a return request using the appropriate NAD reason through the resolution center in accordance with the terms of the MBG.

You have 30 days past the delivery date to open an item not as described in eBay's Resolution Center.

If it's been longer than that, you will need to open a case with Paypal if that's how you paid.
