With PP,  the buyer could usually pay for each listing separately even if the seller sent a combined invoice. 

Not sure if it works that way for MP or not.

PP = PayPal, MP = Managed payments 

Managed payments is facilitated by Ayden (sp)

Ayden (sp) and PayPal are both payment processors. 

Neither has anything to do with combining invoices or not combining invoices for shipment.

when paying via pp, just see only one of total price.

then how to pay separately?

Managed Payments is managed by eBay.

PayPal (funding source) > Managed Payments > seller

Adyen (payment processor) > Managed Payments > seller
