The overhauled eBay offer-sending system has significant drawbacks. For example, when I propose an offer for 10 LPs at 1 euro each, the shipping fee is automatically paid 10 times. If you are a common-sense seller, it is normal to refund the difference in shipping cost for combined shipping, but most sellers do not. If this system is not changed, free shopping cannot be done.
must improve!!

You should ask before purchase if there's going to be a shipping discount and how much.
If someone is selling an LP for 1 euro I would assume they are making some money on the shipping because they aren't making anything on 1 euro. Can't pay for a box to ship it in after the fees come out of that.

Since you are located in Germany, you will probably get better answers if you post your issue on that site's community. This is the U.S. based site's community (ebay.com).

When you make an offer it is for the price of an item only, you cannot ask to change the shipping method or cost in an offer message. Try doing an online search for Angebote auf ebay.de abgeben to read the policy.
If a seller accepts your price of € 1.00 per LP they cannot change the shipping cost.
If you read a seller's listings and do not see any mention of them combining shipping, you should use the contact seller ( Verkäufer kontaktieren) button to send a message asking them if they will discount the shipping for a multiple item purchase before making an offer. You may still have to pay the whole shipping amount when you pay, but the seller can refund you afterward. Do keep in mind, that eBay does not require sellers to discount shipping costs for multiple item purchases.
